the desire to draw attention to your muffler cans is almost as silly as wanting to draw attention to LED washer nozzles. Rather than looking integrated with the rest of the car, it looks tacked on and sticks out like a sore thumb. The balanced package you speak of is the car as a whole, not its individual components. If you're that desperate to draw that much attention to your exhaust, perhaps you should have purchased a Hiper? Or maybe you can garnish your muffler cans with some blinking LED's...that would be sweet.
Mufflers aren't supposed to be shiny. The single round tips of the SZ exhaust unfortunately do little to hide this flaw. This is why there is a clear need for quad ovals for those who prefer a more clean, discrete, and classy look.
